She was i have to say very helpful and courteous, patient as well especially having to deal with ourselves who were a bit undecided and in two minds what we really wanted.We never completed in the end even after a reservation fee which was our choice and Joanne followed up our progress which no one could ask more.

We were looking for a house to accommodate our growing family and wanted to move in quickly. On visiting Stoneyetts in Moodiesburn, Vivian was so helpful and presented various options to us. The turnaround was super fast and we got into our home within 4 weeks. On moving in, Vivian's care is still ongoing and we know we are never stuck if there's a problem. It's been a delight to work with someone so caring to customers and passionate about their role. Thank you Vivian for making us feel at home!

From the reservation appointment Jo Croft has always been there to answer any questions and always responds promptly. Any changes or adjustments she has made sure they get dealt with. I have been kept up to date with the build process and have made many a visit to see how it has progressed. Darrell hardcastle came to fix our letterbox, as it was constantly breaking and also the chain. Darrell put a complete new style of letterbox on to prevent any further issues (hopefully). Darrell was very polite and friendly, whilst also being effective at his job. We had a friendly chat and he was very approachable. I’m glad miller homes has people like Darrell working for them. I have no negative feedback to provide, only positive. Thank you Darrell for your service 😊

We decided that we needed to downsize our home and move nearer our daughters. So we are buying a new home having been in our present home for nearly 39 years. Having looked for bungalows over a period of time we decided that the best option was to buy a new house.We found Minerva Heights, Chichester the house is just what we want. We cannot speak highly enough of the sales staff Tom and Ellie who have been so patient in helping us through this daunting experience.Ellie was absolutely amazing when we changed our mind over the house we had been going for. Her patience and understanding of what we wanted made our experience so much better, giving us confidence and we are now really looking forward to our move.

We're in!! After a nightmare 6 months with our own sale falling through (twice) we have our new home, and it wouldn't have been possible without the support and understanding of Kharri-Jade at Hawkhead Paisley.We have family with accessibility issues, so this house it's design and functionality was one of our limited options. We received care and assistance, support and patience that everyone I speak to says they didn't think was possible. Obviously someone who thinks beyond the balance sheet and considers what people need and their traumatic experiences of selling up and buying a new build.Now let's see if after sales are as good

Kerry & Rebecca were absolutely amazing from start to finish during the sales process and were always on hand to answer any questions we had (no matter how silly and minor!). The house is also finished to an exceptional standard with barely any snags.
