Me and my partner have applied to purchase a Miller Home at Woodcross Gate in Middlesbrough. We met with Jane today to pick options for our kitchen worktops and flooring throughout the house. Jane made the experience very easy and stress free, and helped us massively with picking colour schemes. She’s always so friendly and helpful when we call in with any questions and is always happy to help us where she can.

purchased a new build from miller homes my god what a disaster over 100 defects on property , drainage , driveway , poor soundproofing the list is endless , don’t conform to building standards at all and the aftercare was beyond shocking , we were given a customer care manager called Mike Kew and this is where everything descended into a complete mess , repairs not undertaken efficiently , professionally and with no communication , things got so bad we were given a private company to undertake repairs , this company tried to move a full travel wardrobe causing 400 pounds worth of damage and of course denied all knowledge ,

Miller have been great, from us first identifying the property, throughout the purchase process, to the hand over and now in the post completion faze I cannot fault them, the service has been top notch. A special mention for Caroline & Liz in the sales office who made our purchase process easy and enjoyable and Rachel our Customer Support Manager who has been there for any issues we have faced post completion and is always happy to help. I would highly recommend Miller as a new build provider.
