We have visited blakeney green show home office for the 3rd time today. On all occasions we were greeted by Pam. On every occasion she has been so helpful,polite and informative. She really makes you feel so welcome which I feel is a massive bonus when purchasing your dream home. Pam has made the first stages extremely smooth and I have no doubt that she will help us through the next few months. Thankyou Pam your an angel

Always happy and helpful. This gentleman has visited twice for the same issue. 1st time he went above and beyond to rectify it which wasn't possible. 2nd time dug deep into the issue to find bodges not of his doing and has escalated to the correct channels to fix the underlying issue

Would not recommend. Miller screwed a fence onto a wall using 2 screws. It’s came off and they are not accepting responsibility for terrible workmanship.

2.5 years after the final home on the estate was moved into and the roads and paths aren't complete. No doubt a reply blaming the council will come but other new estates have managed to get their streets finished.

We moved in to a new build at Kedleston Grange, on 18 December 2024. As usual with all new homes there have been a few snagging issues. We have contacted the customer support section and the customer service manager, Rachel Skinner, and everything has been dealt with promptly. All the workmen have been very polite and efficient. Rachel is very helpful and does keep in regular touch with us to check if everything is ok.

We had recently pulled out of a purchase on another property and hadn’t had a great experience and Ellie reignited our excitement in finding our first home. She is so friendly and helpful particularly when we walked in with no information on new builds and has been with us every step of the way!
