Lived in our Carlton DA since May 2023. We've been lucky enough to have no issues at all over the last nearly two years, recently we noticed our front door was bowing so I contacted miller to see about it being replaced. They were super quick and efficient at organising for somebody to come have a look. Today Mark Trufsdale arrived, he was super helpful and assessed the door and confirmed it would be replaced. He was super cheery and chatty, and he explained exactly what will happen going forward. Overall, a great aftercare experience.

We’ve been in our house for 6 months (our house is just around hitting the 2yrs old mark) at Carberry Grange and are getting some last minute snagging work done. We called up about some small issues with our external doors and gate just to get them checked before our snagging guarantee is up. We got a super quick response and even got someone sent round to fix one of the issues only 15 minutes after it was checked out. Thanks to Mark (Truesdale) and Duncan (Kean) for being so lovely and so quick to help!

We are currently in the process of purchasing a Miller Home at Blakeney Green and so far our experience has been fantastic. Pam who is the sales manager has been amazing from our very first visit to assisting us through the whole purchasing stages. Pam is always polite, courteous and informative with everything we have asked of her and nothing is never too much i honestly couldn't fault her. We have also had fantastic service from kev who is the site manager with our first look around the house for any issues, he has put our mind at ease that if we ever need to flag any snagging issues in the future he will be on hand to get them fixed. Great service so far hoping it continues!
