We recently moved into our new house and I have to say the customer service from Debbie at sales has been excellent. Nothing has been too much trouble for her over the several months between reserving our house and moving in, and she went out of her way to answer questions and get us any information we needed. She knows her onions as they say! Very patient when we needed to go over anything and always cheerful and available. Thanks Debbie!

I didn’t buy my Miller home from new but we had a problem that came within the 2 year customer care window. Marek and Trevor both in Miller NW customer care are brilliant and a real asset to the business. Marek especially in finishing the job off to a high standard.

GoogleWe introduced the Holbrook & Co team as a third agent in selling our lovely home. Within a few days we had viewings after viewings which lead to a sale with just over a week! The team were excellent at staying in touch with us throughout the whole process and made it such an easy process. We can't thank them enough for all the hard work and being such a friendly team. All the staff have been fantastic. From the very first time we stepped through the doors of the show home Tommy was there to welcome us and update us with the available plots. Charlotte then went out her way to show us all the different options that were available in the house. She made us feel very comfortable and was able to answer all our questions. After leaving the show home we decided we loved it. Kharrie-Jade was on hand to help explain to us what we had to do next. Recommending who we needed to contact when it really helped take the stress away. Kharrie-Jade went above and beyond to check in on us and to keep up update on possible plot releases. Then we were finally at the stage of our 2nd reservation meeting. Welcome again was so welcoming and made this meeting feel so exciting and special. Considering this is something this team does everyday it was lovely to see how much effort they put into making you feel like you’re the only one. Elenor lead us through all the checks and again answered any questions we had. I have honestly been blown away by the service we have received with the team so far.
