When we initially saw our new home the impact of the building and how it was presented was impressive. Once we moved in we, as most people do, had snagging issues. We were given clear instructions on how to have each issue fixed. These ranged from a scratched window to replacing a faulty bannister to replacing locks on our garage door. Matthew Wilson and the staff teams, including the independent contractors have all been amazing. Great customer service and they were all approachable, friendly and got the job done.

Miller has failed to build the development at Banbury Chase to an acceptable standard. The Local Authority will not adopt the site due to the poor standard of work. This means that roads have no markings, paths/curbs are broken and are not maintained, and repairs and maintenance are not taking place. Llighting is broken and green areas which the Local Authority would otherwise accept responsibility for, have been left to become overgrown and unsightly. Despite this, we pay council tax and a management fee to agents. Miller does not respond to requests to address the problem and the CEO ignores any communication. Forget about having snags addressed. It has been 4 years, we are still waiting for key areas to be addressed and are missing railings that are supposed to be a feature of our home. Contractors make appointments and then do not show up and state that Miller does not pay them. Despite this, record profits are being reported. The green areas were not built to plans and do not resemble the marketing. Miller left building rubble and the waste in the area and threw down seeds on top. It's no surprise that nothing will grow! Be warned! Why would you buy from Miller when others offer a much better level of service and actually build to a standard that is deemed acceptable.
