We have been looking to buy a property at the new Poppy Gardens development and as there site isnt up and running yet we have visited various sites to look at the show homes. We want to send the biggest thanks to Jane and her team at WoodCross Gate in Teeside, Jane has gone out of her way to help us on numerous occasions even though we wasnt buying off her site. Truly outstanding customer service and made us feel so welcome. Thank you so much

Poor customer care. Sales team went quiet once they’ve got your money. Site still not handed over and left in a disgrace. Constant chasing and no actions met. Be careful with management fees which go through the roof upon completion of the site

We are very happy with our new build. We had a few issues at the start but our customer support manager Lisa Odabasi has been amazing. She has been prompt to sort any issues and nothing is too much trouble. She has made our experience of buying a new build excellent. Miller home’s are lucky to have her.

My husband and I visited Stanton Cross , Wellingborough to complete our reservation. Helen the representative was outstanding, extremely helpful and guided us through all aspects of the property build and specifications, nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks for lending me your boots and socks, especially as the Site ones without socks caused me problems. The site agent took us on site to our plot explaining everything in depth, thank you. We have been associated with many new build developments, but none have been so immaculate, clean and safe as this site. Your sales rep, site managers and workers are a credit to the building industry.
