Staff were fine, homes were nice enough, but they wasted an hour of my time on a Sunday morning by advertising a 4 bed home with a garage at £465k on Rightmove, but when I got there that exact home, with a garage, was north of £500k (which is against the property misdescriptions act might I add). So thanks for that!

We have recently bought a house in the Bishop's Walk development in Durham. Lindsey in sales was fantastic every step of the way and now we have completed, Gareth in customer care and Jason on site have been fab. We have had a few snags and bits that needed sorting as you always will, and everything has been taken care of really quickly. We're delighted with the house and the level of support we have received!

Tim also took time to explain the various purchasing options available to us, and put us in touch with a colleague at Middlebeck in Newark so that we could view a completed build. We intend to travel tomorrow to view. Have identified a property we like, and will definitely be coming back to follow up on this.

Went to Newark to view a property, Mark was very helpful, and showed a number of alternatives when the original didn't fit our requirements. Mark was friendly and welcoming. Before leaving we called Liz at the Derby office to discuss options. Liz invited us to visit, so we dropped in. Liz was friendly and very helpful with looking at alternative properties and discussed options for moving forward.
