This is the first time we have purchased a new home. Emma at Chapel Gardens has been very professional throughout the whole purchase. I worked in project Management/Clerk of Works most of my working career and have been impressed by the workmanship. Emma and the team continue to keep in touch and we have only had a couple of minor items needing rectified which were carried out swiftly.

We’ve just moved to Holmebank Gardens in Honley. Caroline has been great throughout the process and supported a lot when estate agents and solicitors weren’t being very co-operative! We looked at lots of new builds before and Miller have been great quality and even now we are in, they have quickly dealt with the few snagging issues we’ve had. If you’re looking for a new build in this area, definitely speak to Caroline she’s great and really knows her stuff!

My partner and I have just completed on our first home with Miller (June 2025). We initially reserved the plot back in September and exchanged the beginning of November. The whole process has been very simple and easy. Miller were easy to contact and Jenny in particular was always on hand to answer any queries. Our completion was actually brought forward a month which was great. Overall a very smooth process from start to finish. The after care was great with customer care regularly reaching out just before completion and in the weeks following both over the phone and in person!

Purchased my first home at the Victoria Wynd development. From start to finish the sales team (Meagan and Linda) were fabulous. The contact form the site managers had also been great. I am thrilled with my new home, and the after care from the customer care team has been amazing so far. I’ve seen a few negative experiences, but I honestly can’t fault the service and care received from miller so far. My only feedback to Miller would be to update there app, it was not the easiest to use or keep updated.
