Few weeks back I moved into a Miller Home in Oakley Grange and I can say that I am very happy with it. You will see that some things are not perfect but they're not something to complain about! Support team comes around and fix things quickly.

I met Jane and Jen in the Westville Quarter, Darlington branch and they were so helpful and friendly. Jane, in particular, put up with my many annoying questions with patience and good grace, and went out of her way to help me make the right choice. She was happy to show me around multiple houses multiple times as I was so indecisive. I have now decided to buy from Miller, and Jane and Jen played their part in making me comfortable that I have picked a high-quality builder with great service standards.

6 years we’ve been living in an unfinished dump and are now paying for the work required to try and get the estate up to an acceptable standard ourselves. Once they have your money you’ll never see them again. Be very careful and ignore the silly 5 star reviews.

We can’t praise Emma highly enough! From our first visit Emma has been knowledgeable, professional and made us feel at ease with the whole buying process. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and it’s evident she genuinely cares for her customers. Our purchase journey was 10 out 10 handled by Emma. In comparison we have purchased two Cala new build properties in the past and can honestly say that because of Emma’s approach and dedication to her role, gave us no doubt that purchasing a Miller Home would be the right move for us. We know what we want and what we like and Emma made it all easy. We had great expectations that the same level of service would continue once we moved in however unfortunately that’s when we encountered some fairly fundamental snagging issues. Cala and Miller seem to use the same contractors for electrical, heating and plumbing etc. However in our opinion the oversight, review and signing off the work is what sadly lets Miller down as opposed to our previous experience with Cala. Whilst all our issues are now resolved, it has made the moving process very stressful. That’s where Emma again helped us, going above and beyond her sales role to ensure that we were looked after which is to be honest why this review for our Miller experience is 5 stars as opposed to 1 star. Miller are at the very beginning of our development and I do hope they take onboard this feedback to make the moving process as straightforward as the buying process to benefit our future neighbours! All in all, the house and development are fantastic and we are now very happy here now.
