The Customer Service team have so far attended to the small number of snagging matters we raised with professionalism, responsiveness, expertise and with a very helpful and friendly approach. In particular, for the last two days the painter decorating undertaken by David T has been of a high quality and he has been a pleasure to deal with. I have high expectations for a continuation of this high quality service for the remaining snagging items.

We can’t thank Jo, Carl and Peter for all their help in regards to the house process at church view Coppull. Jo has been amazing going above and beyond to help us with our purchase supporting us through the process and recommending us to the correct people. Any queries we had the three of them dealt with it without hesitation even after we have moved in often checking how we are when we see them on site. Couldn’t recommend them all enough.

Great customer service and after care. Had few issues after moving in and they were rectified by the after care team. Amanda, Sharon were quite helpful. One of the metre door job was completed by Marek who did it professionally and completed the job in time.

Whilst I’ve had the usual snagging issues, like every new home, following an alleged “isolated incident” managers and customer care are now reluctant to communicate with me in any way.

We had a few niggles (nothing major) in the house (number 13) and Miller sent a few people to fix it. Didn't catch all the names but we had a plasterer named Mark Callaghan who was very good. Polite, friendly, cleaned before he left and more importantly good at his job. Overall a very good experience with Miller, any issues were fixed within days and all the staff were very good and always friendly/polite.

I purchased my property in March 2025 and I still have snags remaining from moving in. I made a complaint and this has been closed without due care. I have waited twice for plumbers to attend and they haven't showed up. When someone has come, they have caused further damage to my home. This is not the service I expected or was led to believe. It has completely ruined our experience of buying a house.
