We went to meet with Sue at Kington Meadows and she was the most kind and helpful lady! We were looking to buy our first house so she explained how the process would work and answered all of our questions without judgement. Her contact with us was perfect - she wasn’t pushy for us to reserve a plot but also kept in contact to update us as needed.

Me and my family went to go and have a nosey around the meadowbrook chase site, it’s such a lovely area and just wanted to find out a bit more info. The sales ladies were so helpful answering any questions I had even around schooling in the area and were super helpful. They weren’t too pushy but there if I needed to know anything. They made it a lovely experience, especially compared to some other new build sites I’d been to where we were seen as a target for commission. Very grateful, thanks ladies

The tenant in my property had not paid their rent on time, Lizzie and the team were very instrumental in ensuring payment was made by the tenant, despite the slight delay. I am also very pleased with the service that Ellie has provided. She has worked tirelessly in getting quotes for some repairs needed in my property and has already arranged and completed an urgent light fitting. I was very impressed with the thorough inspection report she provided, her timely and detailed responses to emails and ongoing general updates that I have been given by Ellie and the team. I couldn't be happier with this agency, they are indeed a cut above the rest and care for one's property like their own. Ellie and Lizzie are very outstanding staff and have been nothing short of brilliant in managing my property! Highly recommend them to other Landlords.

GoogleHave just purchased our first house that was listed by Hollbrook & Co, Hartlepool branch. Terrible experience, I could go on & on but probably better just steering clear from them to be honest. No matter how much you love the house, save yourself the 6 months of stress. Crucial details: house was not listed as having a service rent charge (fleecehold), was only after an offer was put in & accepted that our solicitor made enquiries which lead to us finding out about it. Should of backed out at that point really… but we had our hearts set on the house by then. Couldn’t get in touch with Hollbrook all week on completion week. 20+ phonecalls, 0 answer. Had to ring our solicitor & get contact details for the seller to give us the keys directly. The poor sellers had the same rubbish communication from Hollbrook & their solicitor & had no clue they where meant to be out by 2pm. Leading to a stressfull day for them & us not getting the keys until about 5:30pm. So we ended up having to move in the following day. God knows what we would of done if we’d all had been in a chain.. Luckily we didn’t due to renting. We where first time buyers and the sellers first time sellers, so both had no idea what the “norm” is but I can’t believe your even allowed to operate like this & continue trading tbh..

GoogleAfter having an offer accepted only a week ago, I have to call out Jeanette, Sam & Charlotte in Hartlepool Holbrook and Co.. I live overseas & am also disabled, so have huge challenges & require a little extra help & support. We're only 1 week in & every single request, email, phone call & technical issue has been well communicated & followed up. If this is the way we're gonna get along, I will be moving in before I know it. Huge thanks to the wonderful team! House buying in general is extremely frustrating & stressful. With strong communication & regular updates, every base is covered. Keep up the good work!

GoogleIf you’re looking for an all-around property service, Holbrook is the company for you. They’re amazing, supported by a fantastic team. They took over from my previous management agent, with whom I had been for 12 years, and the transition was so seamless that I didn’t even realise the changeover until three years later! A special shoutout to Kenzie, my wonderful portfolio manager, who provides an exceptional service. She handles my queries promptly, coordinates inspections, checks and maintenance, and ensures all certificates and paperwork are always up to date. She’s keeps me informed of any issues (good and bad!) with my portfolio and on top of that, she’s also an absolute pleasure to deal with. I couldn’t recommend Holbrook and Kenzie highly enough!

I had a really great experience with the company/Annabel Collins, who made the whole process as smooth and as simple as possible. Communication throughout was great and regular updates on progress was greatly appreciated. The only issues really I found was with the App as it was giving incorrect updates, however, this was not a major concern as Annabel kept us up to date regularly. The site team have also been great since moving and the few minor snagging jobs have near enough been completed withing the first 2 weeks.

Worst experience with a new build! We've had writing scratch into the plaster that was painted over, runs in the gloss work, the worst looking plaster in the living room ceiling... Been in a year and 5 months and still waiting for basic jobs to be done.
