Overall we are happy with our house. Have been in for around 6 weeks now. First 7 days any issue were dealt with promptly. Since then customer service has been pretty much non existent. Main issue we have is with our sink leaking and damage being caused to kitchen work surface. Reported around 3 weeks ago and chased multiple times yet still no progress.

We live on Holmebank Gardens and have just had some snagging work completed by the technician Christopher Smith. We are very pleased with the quality of work completed by Chris and he was so friendly and respectful of our new home whilst he was here. Would definitely request Chris for future work!

Been in my new build at Jackton Gardens for 3 years now and the full development has just completed. The service has been 1st class throughout. Even when there have been some minor issues needing repaired (as youd expect with any new build), the repairs have always been carried out to a high standard and promptly.

Giving 5 stars for the work done by Duncan (joiner) and Mark C. (painter/decorator) on our property. Our house is two years old now and the walls have settled in leaving some movement on the underlying boards as expected. Both Duncan and Mark C did a great job, very friendly, took pride in the work they did and we were very happy with the result.
