My experience of the teams doing the aftercare is very good. I had decorators in over the past few weeks that were brilliant; they did an excellent job and were very friendly. The painter, Mark Callaghan, was especially good!

The home is wonderful. It feels like the build is of a very high quality and that gives us huge reassurance that we made the right decision for the future. Our sale and support person (Hannah) has been fantastic from the start. After-sale care has been incredible too - it feels like any staff we have spoken to have gone above and beyond. When there has been a matter to address, nothing has been challenged or dismissed. Ultimately, We’re truly delighted with our new home.

Mila and Andrew at the Oaks at Hadden are simply amazing. They are like a well oiled machine, every time we spoke to one of them we never had to repeat ourselves to the other. They knew and kept up to date on every interaction. We never felt pushed or made to do anything expect keep to our mutually agreed timelines. They both went above and beyond to make us feel heard and no question was a dumb one - as FTB there were lots of questions!

We moved into our new build house this summer. From the get go we had issues, one of the sales team breached GDPR rules multiple times, this was reported but nothing had been looked into. Our boundary lines were cut in our back garden, concerns were raised from day one and still not resolved. We sense no one can be ‘bothered’ to help. The road is horrendous full of rubble, uneven and open drains. The landscaping is a mess, dead trees and overgrown grass, builders rubbish everywhere, unfinished pavements, no dog poo bins, children’s park is unfinished. This is my second house I’ve bought with St Modwens and I am truly gutted with the careless treatment this development receives.
