Submitted 18 month snag list - visited today by inspections manager. He carried out a very thorough inspection including going in the loft. He was very pleasant and professional, taking time to explain things. I am happy the minor issues we have will be remedied in the coming months.

If you're considering buying on this estate, I would suggest you don't. I've been living here for the past 15 months and initially, customer service was positive, but as time has gone on you get ignored, fobbed off with excuses for things not being rectified or go round in circles gettiing passed from one person to another. It's clear that poor quality materials have been used in certain areas and landscaping plans are not being adhered to either. I'b be happy to reconsider and update this review if and when things start to improve, but for now, even 1* is being generous.
