I have just moved into knights manor in Copmanthorpe and I can honestly say it has been the best experience. I was really worried about buying a new build but millers and especially Irene have been amazing. Irene has supported me through every step of the way, even when I had move problems, she is responsive, available, and so lovely as is all the team including those on site. I can’t praise her or the team enough - she is an asset to millers and to anyone buying please don’t hesitate. I have now moved in and they are still taking care of me, they call in and check everything is of the standard I expected and sort any problems very quickly. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to the team

If there were a 0star option, I would have selected it. We had been interested in the Cambuslang development for some time and visited on numerous occasions. When a house appeared on the website with a January 2026 move-in date, we contacted the team to express our interest.

chose to purchase a miller home on a friends recommendation- Zero regrets, the incentives were great and the team (lynne, Vivienne and Sophie) looked after us very well, they were flexible on moving days, worked hard to get us a great deal and were always friendly kind and caring. We have now move din, the aftercare is great, contractors are friendly (especially Mark and Andy). we nearly bought with another company Pxxxxxxon and we are so glad we chose miller!

Still waiting for responses. The aftercare team don't seem to care that the fact my extractor fan wasn't connected for 18 months causing mould and damage to my house hasn't been resolved. Whilst it has been connected, prior to this, I had excessive electric bills because without checking they told me to leave my fan on for longer to solve my mould problem. I've sent a total of four emails asking for a response. Still have a list of snags which haven't been resolved. My experience with aftercare has been stressful from start to finish.
