Mark Taylor came to our house today to replace sealant inside and outside the shower after the base had settled. Rather than have a very thick bead of sealant outside the shower he suggested that we could have a much more professional looking finish. He took the time to demonstrate and put us under no pressure. The finished job is excellent. He was prompt, professional and extremely helpful. Thanks Mark

The moment that really stood out was when I started having a panic attack, Alison stayed completely calm, never made me feel judged, and gently showed me around the show home to help take my mind off things. It meant the world to us. She also shared amazing local tips, helped with home ideas, and never pushed us towards expensive options.
