Tom and Nat were fantastic!

Tom at Mill Chase Park has been absolutely fantastic. Needing to find somewhere to live quickly due to some difficult family health issues, he has made the whole process easy, manageable and enjoyable while juggling work and a young baby also! Marek fixed our door and skirting boards.

Marek came round yesterday morning to fix an issue with the front door and replace a skirting board where the door had let water in. He fixed everything promptly and even fixed an unrelated issue we showed him on the patio doors. Marek was very pleasant and tidy, he did a great job!

We love our new home in Antonine Brae, Bo’ness. The sales team of Juliette and Roni made buying easy. The customer care manager Antonia arranges snagging fixes without a fuss and is great at keeping in touch. The snagging trades are all really pleasant and helpful, completing the jobs to a high standard. Mark C and Mark T have just been to complete some decor snags and were very professional. This is our first new build home and didn’t know what to expect but the after sales has been amazing. We are very pleasantly surprised with the space in the rooms and how warm and comfortable the house. We definitely recommend Miller Antonine Brae.

Poor customer care in Yorkshire

I have thought about whether I should write this but I would like people to know about our experience. I want to say firstly that the tradesmen that visit and come to fix repairs are brilliant. They really are lovely people. For us, our experience has been so poor from millers own customer service centre the Yorkshire branch. The lack of correspondence, replies, inability to speak to someone is so poor. When you have an issue, you should be able to communicate and the Yorkshire branch of customer care just don’t seem to be able to do this effectively. It’s such a shame as the people on the ground that come to your home are generally lovely and wanting to help. The customer care centre (ironically) let the whole company down.

Millerpark - Clydebank

We’ve recently moved into the Millerpark development in Clydebank. Everyone we have dealt with along the way has been so helpful and friendly.
