We recently attended Beaconfield Rise in Marske to enquire about availability later this year as we are not quite ready to buy. We received a warm welcome from Jane and her colleague Julie who even though we just walked in were helpful and understanding though we are not in a position to proceed right now. It has certainly helped us cement our decision to move. We would highly recommend this development.

We had our progress meeting and a look around our new house. Again, we had fantastic support from Julie, Jane and the site manager Damien who all explained everything to us. We really enjoyed looking around and being shown how everything is going with the build. We cannot fault the company at all, they are very professional and helpful, and they go out of their way to go explain all the important details.

We had Sean Wheatly come out today to fix 2 of our bathroom doors (they were catching on the floor due to settling and one of the locks was very stiff). He was fantastic. Very friendly and professional. Job was done with no bother at all and now the doors are perfect. Couldn't ask for better service from him!

No fire safety standards compliance, third party fraud in the land acquisition. This company absolutely doesn't perform money laundering or build safety materials due diligence checks so you could be moving into a death trap near criminals. Seems likely they just don't care about UK customers as they are based in the Netherlands. Should have stuck to making yogurts.
