We had an issue with some of the skirting boards and sealing around the edging which need sorting. On top of that we had another job which hadn’t been planned to be completed which was the downstairs WC that also needed sealing.

Some remedial work carried out by Sean, a plasterboard ceiling joint and incomplete concrete layer on garage floor edge. All works completed to a high standard, in a timely manner, and work area cleaned up well. Sean is a cheerful, pleasant and polite, skilled and conscientious technician, taking pride in his work. A pleasure to have work completed this well.

From the get go I had fitting issues with the boiler! Initial problems was fixed but ive had water coming from somewhere and had to get someone in to find it! It turns out I’ve had a drip leak from the boiler pipe for ages and when uncovered miller hadn’t sealed 3 sections of joining pipe work causing damage. I’ve reached out and complained and they are denying any wrong doing and refuse to fix the issue! The insulation on the house is questionable as if I haven’t had the heating on it’s absolutely freezing in the house so something else I need to look into! If I was you I’d save money and not buy a new build from these cowboys! They how it up and you have to pay and deal with their failures! 😡
