The service we have received from Annabel has been exceptional. Her knowledge and professionalism have been second to none. Her communication has been excellent through regular phone calls and emails and it is always nice to see her face to face with her friendly smile and welcome at the sales office. Our chain broke just before completion and her support was invaluable in getting us through the disappointment . She went above and beyond her duties, helping us deal with poor service from our estate agents. We are excited and delighted to be moving into our new home soon.

Right from our first exploratory visit to the Thornly Park Development in Paisley, Caroline Haddow and her colleagues have been absolutely fabulous in answering our many questions - always ready to advise and guide - and making conversations easy and relaxed (the latter much helped by readily providing coffees and biscuits). Now,that we are starting to make choices, we appreciate Caroline‘s approach of walking us through the show home to explain what is possible. That is so much easier than merely scrutinising paper plans. We are exceedingly happy with the service we have received. We have no complaints at all.

GoogleTerrible property management. We had a gas leak in our house and it took 48 hours for Holbrook’s ‘out of hours’ emergency to get back to us. Thank god Northern Gas Networks were able to fix the issue otherwise we would’ve been left without heating and hot water in the middle of winter with a baby. Reported countless issues with damp and mold and no one ever gets back in touch with us. Would not recommend.
