I would definitely Use a different new Build provider as they use rubbish tradesmen in fact they are that bad you would think kids have done the building work. I would be more than happy to provide all the poor workmanship that has been completed and I welcome a reply to this review from them. Avoid and use a recognised new build company going forward it may cost more but at least you will get better workmanship. If this review helps anyone then I’ve done right in leaving this review. Do not waste your money with these go to a recognised established new build company not this shower of s*^t!

We have had some extremely bad luck with the sale of our home. We have had two people drop out of our chain which has caused delays in the progression of the purchase of our new home. Without the support of Annabel and the team from Miller we would still be no nearer to completion after 9 months. The problems have occurred due to lack of transparency from our estate agents. The knowledge and expertise Annabel has been able to provide has highlighted just how poor the service is we have had from our estate agents and the estate agents in our chain. Annabel has been absolutely fantastic in ensuring we do not lose our new home.Although we have still not exchanged contracts 9 months later, we are beginning to see light at the end of the tunnel. This has been an emotional roller coaster and I cannot thank Annabel and her team for the dedication, professionalism, and determination to help ensure we get our new home. I cannot recommend Miller at Lunts Heath Rise and Annabel highly enough. They have been absabsolutely fantastic.
