We had a visit from Inspection Manager Cameron Sharp and he was just what we needed. We had a lingering list of snags and with our two year warranty expiring, we'd found it hard to get the support we needed from customer services previously. However Cameron came to look at the house and showed great empathy and patience to go through our list with a fine tooth comb. His attention to detail and knowledge was great - fixing a washing machine that had been banging for two years in two minutes was a highlight - and the sort of response we needed. We have much more confidence the list will be finished now.

Went to visit the Newport site on the weekend as me and my sister are both looking to buy, there was a sales advisor inside the office attending to customers…which is fine. We walked up to the door, the door was locked. We knocked and no answer or acknowledgement of our presence outside. The customers inside even looked over at us but we got nothing from the Sales Advisor. Not even to explain that he was dealing with someone and we could come back later.
