Carly and Natalie at Holme Meadows were lovely and answered all our questions when needed, nothing ever feels too much trouble for them. They go through everything in thorough detail and helped support us in the initial stages. They respond quickly via phone and email. I also think the Miller app is great as well to check progress.

We had a step in our staircase which needed fixing as it was going inward and creaking a lot. Customer service took months to get back to us which was frustrating but our technician Marek was amazing! Called before hand letting us know when he was nearby, did the work in a timely manner and left everything super clean and tidy. Our front door was sticking and stiff which he also did for us which was great.

We've had Craig (maintenance) to sort out our settling maintenance under warranty, and he has been an absolute gem. Craig has been great in dealing with the settlement cracks and other issues on the list. He gets things sorted quickly, explains what he’s doing, and makes the whole process much easier. He’s reliable, helpful, and clearly takes pride in his work. We really appreciate everything he’s done. He's been very considerate of us working from home and incredibly helpful.

The Customer Services Inspection Manager,Cameron Sharp, visited my property and he carried out a thorough and detailed review. I was listened to and he responded by taking immediate action to resolve a couple of outstanding snags. He went over and above by fixing my door immediately and checking other things I was not quite happy with which I hadn’t reported. His Customer Services skills and knowledge of property maintenance are outstanding.
