He has been easy to communicate with, explained the initial steps clearly, and also gave us a clear understanding of the next stages in the process. As the show homes were not available on this site, he kindly arranged viewings at nearby developments, which was very helpful in making our decision. Had a water leak from a connector under the bath which warped some of the skirting. After the leak was repaired and everything was dried out Dean called and carried out a very thorough inspection. Dale from the joinery team came round straight away and replaced the skirting and some of the other pieces under the bath. The work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard and the bathroom was left in a tidy and clean condition. Dale even swept the drive afterwards. Thank you guys, very impressed
