From the first query and walk round the show home at Mill Chase Park. Tom and Miller have been exceptional in there advise, help and patience. We have always felt we have had all the infirmation we require and have been helped through problems and delays on our end incredibly quickly, proffesionally and realistic ways. I have bought new builds previously and while they were good experiances, Miller and Tom where just levels above from the service to the actual options that are vast and ressonably priced, as soon as we had more in depth customiseation needs Tom brought in the trades and we sat down to finese the already wonderful home to our exact needs from bigger additions,extra/moveing sockets to minor quality of life options. It gave us exactly what we wanted and a real feeling of a bespoke build, my wife, children and i are increadibly excited to move shortly and i could not be happier with the process i highly recomend Miller as i have to my freinds/family throughout.

Our experience isn't 100% the norm as the house we were buying was already built but they made us feel at home (even gave us some free food due to us being in the right place at the right time) and welcomed with their warm personalities.

When buying a house it can be a stressful, daunting experience, however when we visited the Hedgerows in Cambuslang, we were instantly put as ease by Emma and Tommy in the sales office, they were warm, welcoming and friendly. Helpful sales team, beautiful development with dramatic backdrop of Ochils. Downside to the development is current home owners parking on pavements and blocking paths with cars. I was interested in a Sandalwood home, but a car is parked across the drive day or night. Off putting to say the least, they have also moved the no parking sign - not a great impression and not sure I’d want neighbours like this. I note a lot of visitor bays are full already, as people have too many cars for the house they have purchased, including a camper bus on a drive. Surprises me as this is often within restricted covenants for new build sites? It’s a shame that these issues bring the development down as it could be one of the best in the country with that view.

Cameron Sharp has been an amazing help. He arrived to my property to inspect for settling cracks. The inspection lasted around 15 minutes as I had previous marked out the cracks ready for arrival. Cameron also gave me some greet advice on how to deal with hairline cracks in the walls and a squeaky floorboard. Overall Cameron’s customer service was 10/10 and he was a pleasure to work with.
