GoogleOzzie Minhas was brilliant from start to finish, especially as this was my first buy-to-let. He made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming than I expected and explained everything in a really clear, straightforward way. He was always quick to respond whenever I had questions, which made a big difference. He put in a lot of effort in finding the right deal for me and keeping me updated throughout. The whole process couldn't be any smoother thanks to him setting it up so well! He is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. I’d definitely recommend Ozzie to anyone, especially if you’re new to buy-to-let (or looking for your first residential!) and want someone reliable, easy and friendly to deal with. GoogleDick and I could not have had anyone better than Nikki Hempseed on hand to sell our house . She was always there for us giving sound advice and encouragement and was totally unflappable. She knows the Aberdeen market , the builders, decorators, gardeners but more importantly she got to know us and our needs. Nothing was too much trouble for Nikki. They go above and beyond They did sell our property at a great price to a lovely family my late parents would of been proud but due to a bitter family member we had no choice but to withdraw sadly!! And we are still in limbo but the Hillary Chaplin team where all so helpful and understanding and really went above and beyond to help us can’t thank them enough for there kindness and patience and understanding would definitely recommend

GoogleI highly recommend Marcus as an estate agent, he truly went above and beyond to make our home buying experience smooth and stress-free. His hardworking ethic shone through from the start; he was always responsive and flexible, adjusting to my busy schedule without hesitation. When Lewis called in sick for our first house viewing it was Marcus who stepped in seamlessly (albeit a tad late) and handled everything with professionalism and enthusiasm. Then again on our second viewing, when it somehow slipped through the cracks and wasn't in anyone's diary (Lewis seemed to have taken my phone call but not put me in the diary while he went on Holiday), I had to call the office minutes before closing and again Marcus rushed over at short notice to ensure we didn't miss out. I'm especially grateful that he stayed well beyond his shift end to answer all our questions and walk us through the details. As a person with a history in House Sales and working in an Estate Agents many moons ago, I really hope Marcus continues to give 110% with all of his clients and this review paves the way for him to stand head and shoulders above the rest! Thanks to Marcus's dedication, we found our perfect home. If you're looking for an agent who puts clients first, he's the one!

GoogleAppreciated very much Phil Day’s approach re: his ‘pitch’ for me to sell my property via Hilbery Chaplin [HC]: although, in part, I was of course interested to discover how much the house might be worth, not having sold a house for 26 or so years I was also keen to gain some insight into what the selling experience might be like, and whilst one or two of your rivals’ representatives seemed, to me, quite pushy - and one, in particular, seemed, to be frank, off-puttingly overconfident that he’d get my business (despite the relatively high percentage commission he’d be charging), to the point where he seemed, at one stage during his visit, keen to get me to sign-up ‘there and then’! - Phil took the time to explain everything in a calm, rational and unhurried manner, and since, in addition to making it plain that HC would be happy to help me to sell the property on the open market if that’s how I wanted to proceed, he shared the fact that there were at least two alternative approaches open to me, both of which seemed to me worthy of further investigation and one of which none of the other agents have mentioned, making the decision re: which estate agent to go with was the easiest one I’ve made so far in respect of the sale of my home!

Google⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t recommend Neil and Kellie at the Hornchurch branch highly enough. They have been absolutely fantastic in helping me sell my house. From the very start, they’ve been friendly, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and keep me updated throughout the process. Their professionalism and dedication really stand out, and they’ve made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed. When other agents have been pushy HB have been the complete opposite. An excellent team and truly outstanding estate agents!
