Nothing is too much trouble and they work hard to deliver a stunning brochure and conduct the viewings often staying beyond the working day to deliver the sale. Having undertaking viewings with other Estate Agents Henderson Connellan are far superior in their professional approach I would have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone. We bought our new home through Henderson connellan, we dealt with Shane Harmon from beginning to end of sale, he showed us round the house and helped us buy our new home, fantastic service all the way and sale complete and moved in within 8 weeks. Shane kept us up to date on everything and always returned our calls straight away when he was out of the office working. We were very stress free with what should have been a very stressful (in past experience) time. Thankyou very much Shane for all your hard work in completing our house move.

Go straight to Henderson Connellan. We believe their professionalism and caring attitude really can't be matched by any other estate agents in Kettering. We've used them more than once but this time we were involved in a long chain which is never easy and whilst solicitors in every link of the chain seemed just too busy and stressed to chase each other up to link everything together smoothly, Karen at Henderson Connellan did a great job in obtaining information and passing it along the line. She kept us informed every step of the way and nothing was too much bother for her. Would definitely recommend Henderson Connellan. Pete and Lorraine

Henderson Connellan were initially fantastic when selling my house. They got 15 people to view my property and it SOLD in 1 week. I was delighted. Then I heard very little from them and had to chase them for information. There was no sale progression reports. Thankfully my solicitor kept me informed of events so that on completion, I knew what to expect. As again, no contact from estate agent. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication in general and of sale progression from the Estate Agent.

I have recently sold my property in Market Harborough, and Henderson Connellan were recommended to me. I was not disappointed! Every single person I dealt with were efficient and professional. In particular, Holly Smith was fantastic during the advertisement and sale of the property and Abby Bulley went above and beyond expectations at every step of the after sale. I am extremely happy I went with Henderson Connellan. We are first time buyers and received and excellent service. Holly in particular was extremely helpful, she knew exactly what we wanted and made every effort to show us any new potential properties. The after sales team were also great, Abby kept in touch with us and ensured the sale went through without any issues.
