GoogleMoved house after almost 36 years of living in the same property. Shannon showed us round a house we decided we wanted to move to. Very understanding and let us do our own thing without tailing us round on the viewing - fabulous. Lots of complications due to buyers pulling out, people further up the (large) chain also being indecisive and a delayed probate case. Massive thanks to Abby at Henderson Connellan for being on top of everything and keeping us up to date with information along the way. If we do move again weβll be asking H&C to be our estate agent!

GoogleOffered a house 9 long row Woodford. The letting agent offered a date took a holding fee. Yet cancelled the moving date with no refund. I have calls every day from a company hendersons deal with trying to sell me insurance. As they think Iβve had the house. Very untrustworthy Avoid at all costs. Trading standards for me I think

GoogleI have only ever sold 3 houses in my lifetime so when my mother passed away I had a few agents visit to discuss the sale. I met with David Hulett who was very professional and informative. The sales rate was spot on and I agreed for Henderson Connellan to list the property. From the moment I met David I can honestly say that I received a 100% perfect service and absolutely cannot fault anything. The photos included a drone service which made the property stand out and the photographer used was a perfectionist. I was amazed! From then on I liaised mainly with the maginficent Shannon. I was called every single time there was a viewing with feedback and relevant updates. I never had to call the office to find out what was going on ever and the sale was initiated almost 9 months ago. Shannon in my eyes is a true professional. Special mention also to Conan and later on Abby who have also provided help and support in a difficult time. As a business owner myself I know the importance of customer service and Henderson Connellan have it full stop. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

GoogleWe have been fortunate to have bought a house listed by Hendersons twice now. Firstly 9 years ago and most recently this year. Both instances we found the service excellent, both times the sales team listened to what we were looking for and were able to come up with a house we had not considered / wasn't yet listed that matched our needs. Given the stress of trying to find a house that would suit, this was appreciated. Communication through both sales was excellent as well and whenever we had questions, we were never made to feel like we were a bother, so reaching out to them was always pleasant. If we ever move again, I can only hope that the house we look to buy is being sold by Hendersons.

GoogleAfter 4 years of residency's at this property, the way you responded to any issues regarding with the property's function, was unbelievable disrespectful, insulted and totally disregarded.
It took 2-3 months to fix an issue, which was required 5 minutes work.
