I cannot rate highly enough. The Hall and Benson Alfreton team are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and overall brilliant! Chris has been fantastic at helping me to get a mortgage that suits my specific circumstances. He understood what I needed and made sure he could find me the very best deal I could. He is patient and explains everything in a way that I can actually understand. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Special shout outs also to Matthew and Carly who have also been fantastic at helping me to try and find the right property. They are friendly and helpful every time I speak with them! A huge, huge thank you to the whole team!! They genuinly care, and that is very unusual and makes a very stressful process a lot more fun.

So ive been working with Chris Astill at this branch since July last year, due to no fault of Chris's it dragged on slighty, but from start to finish he has been brilliant guiding me threw everything step by step, sending me all forms i need and info to go with, when and where things needed to be done, we were close to completion in Nov last year , and due to things on my part the offer got withdrawn. He worked with me again and waited for my issues to resolve, a few months later, got me a better deal than the first, as rates dropped in the time we was waiting, again, helpful every step of the way. I knew nothing when we first met and he made sure i understood everything at every step. I now complete next friday and couldnt be happier purchasing my first home, something i never thought possible a few years ago, i couldnt recommend enough, professionlism, courtesy and understanding every step of the way, very knowledgeable, there were never really problems in the end, only more solutions. Tyer, where to start, what a friendly guy. I fired many questions at this guy and every time he gave an answer, if he did not have it immediately he found out the answer and ALWAYS came back to me via phone or email. He made the process easy and was very transparent about the where I was in the process. Could not recommend him enough. A little shout out to Simone as well, answers the phone a lot (or I always seemed to get her or Tyler), always passes a message across and makes sure you are called back. Brilliant experience and would highly recommend.

Absolutely avoid Cowboys. They enrolled me in schemes I never asked for (Reposit) without my consent. When there was no heating during winter, my emails were ignored by Yvonne, and I only got help after complaint and escalating to management. Communication throughout was very poor. Their business model of renting out individual rooms also reduces tenant comfort and, in my view, contributes negatively to renters’ living standards and creates poverty in UK - shame on you. Cos they are happy to rent rooms in their business model. - shame as you are the poverty creators! I do not recommend them.

Well... where do I start! I moved into a property that had no seen a clean in about 6months. The garage was rammed full of the previous tenants stuff... which I was told i have to give them reasonable time to move it out!! (I already moved in plus first months rent paid) the back garden was like a jungle & a skipyard... (i was told can't i just sort it myself) there was a massive leak that caused the kitchen ceiling to come in & leave all damp in the kitchen... (this was still the same after i left) i asked a staff member to come round to the property prior to me leaving. Was told it looks exactly the same to when we moved in. To then get less than a week after move out the landlord trying to charge me for stuff that was already damaged... if you have the choice to not use this agency please avoid by a long long stretch! You will be disappointed & find that they don't actually sort anything bar side with the landlord that's paying them conveniently.....

Matthew did a great sales job finding buyers and then the rest of the process got handed over to Sara who is great at communicating between me and the buyers. All in all a smooth process and I’m pleased to have completed on both properties simultaneously.
