The Windermere team provided a model that all agencies should seek to emulate. They were courteous, highly organised and kept us fully informed throughout the process. Every member of the team knew their job inside out. The advice we received was impeccable. They acted quickly, but with total accuracy. Nothing was too much trouble, and we entirely trusted them to act in our best interests, which they did at all times. In addition, they are a really pleasant and hard working set of people.
