GoogleHad a lot of bad experiences with letting agents, but they seemed incredibly knowledgeable when dealing with them, and the bonus of having all our paperwork printed out in a handy little folder is an amazing touch I've never experienced before. Staff very friendly, and the actual building itself was clean, tidy and friendly.

GoogleExcellent service from Chris and Ruth, from valuation to completion of sale. The marketing of the property was first class. They handled all the viewings for us and kept us informed every step of the way. We certainly recommend the Penrith branch of Hackney and Leigh and would definitely use them again if we were to sell in the future.
