GoogleA truly wonderful team to deal with for lettings. They really care about thier clients and getting the best outcome for everyone. Really going the extra mile at every step, and incredibly friendly and reassuring during what can be an uncertain time. I've been blessed with great letting agents in the past but they really take it to a new level, definitely the best agency I've dealt with.

GoogleThe property that we purchased through Fernedown was a very complicated case and it took a very long time to go through. However, the staff at Fernedown were extremely helpful in supporting myself and my husband throughout the process. They were very through with providing us with updates on the property and were extremely considerate of our concerns. Fernedown provided us with an excellent service and I would 100% recommend them to anyone! If we should ever require estate agents again, we will definitely be using their service.

GoogleJust this week we picked up the keys to our first home throughout the sale ferndown estates have been nothing but helpful. From our first phone call we had a feeling we would end up buying with through this company and we glad we did every phone call and meeting we have had they have been nothing but helpful and amazing ,and constantly kept up to date and informed. Adam showed us around the property and kept in constant touch regarding our offer and then Charlotte handled our purchase and let's say she is amazing soo very helpful with any question I had and I had a fair few as I had no idea what I was doing but Charlotte made it easier and took the time out to chat to me and explained things so I understood. Then going into the branch to pick the keys we instantly felt welcomed by the whole team had lots of congratulations of them and even had a little hamper from!! Guys you have been great Thank you
