GoogleElaine and her team in Kendal could not have done more in difficult circumstances to make the sale of my mothers house as stress free as possible. While the service they gave us was totally professional, it was so much more than that and made us feel like we were real people, not just clients. I can not recommend them highly enough.

GoogleKiera and Ellie were both very professional and knowledgeable. From first meeting to discuss selling our property to handling viewings and completing on our property they kept us up to date with everything that was happening. We never had to chase for info or updates. Very happy with their service.

I bought the property through H&L and sold it through H&L 18 years later. They were very helpful when I was the buyer and very efficient when I was the seller. They produced a fantastic brochure and an amazing video of the property. Had two Saturday's of viewings and went to full and final offer the following Wednesday. I cannot praise H&L highly enough and would definitely recommend. Thank you very much for all your hard work.
