Hi Neighbors, I feel the need to give you a warning about the significant security issues here at Overture55+. As most of you know, we recently had two robberies at gunpoint in what was supposedly a secure part of our garage. As far as I can tell, the reason this occurred is because Greystar decided to 1) hire an incompetent Security company while the garage door was broken and 2) have NO security for some period of time. There also have been numerous thefts from the mail room. I can also report that I have had deliveries vanish twice from my front door. Both times they were either stolen or thrown out by the trash valet company. When I reported this to Greystar management, they told me that I had to work out a solution with the trash valet company!! Obviously, that is not the case; it is their vendor.In addition, currently, Greystar has two nationwide class action lawsuits against it for various misrepresentations and unethical billing practices. I know some of you have joined those lawsuits.In my professional career I have managed dozens of apartment buildings and dozens of property managers like Greystar. Their incompetence (at best) is frightening and well below industry standards.Be very careful out there.

I am going to talk about my experience as a current resident. This place is not as advertised. They steal, dog waste on every corner. Front office staff poorly qualified to serve the public. They do not have Spanish speaking staff for current residents like me. Naesha Mitchell's response to a duplicate payment issue was that I should bring my own translator to resolve my issue. Completely discriminatory!! Glossophobia or discrimination against Spanish-speaking clients. Hello!!!!! I am a nurse in a hospital and I have to make myself understood with my patients so that they do not feel discriminated against. I am a client here too!!!Another situation is that you can experience all the noises there are, both from the neighbor on the 2nd floor and from outside noises. Anyone can enter since they do not have true controlled access and there are no security cameras. I mean! You can be exposed to being carjacking and nothing happens. Think long and hard before making the decision to move here! It's not worth the price! Perfect Ghetto place!

GoogleWonderful location and place with great facilities (gym, workspace, cinema room, games room etc), looking to move over in the next few months and we have friends who speak highly of it too. Greystar is an awful company. No transparecy about fees until you move in. A lot of junk fees. Expect to pay $200 +On top of your base. I would advise not to rent from them unless you don’t care about your pre-determined budget

This is by far the worst management company that has ever managed my apartment building. I couldn’t tell you where to start maybe incompetent managers? Poor Customer? Bad Bookkeeping? Or maybe housing discrimination? The reality is, this is a budget company and if your property is being managed by it, You should probably move immediately!! If you are considering any apartment building or complex, make sure it’s not Managed by them.

GoogleGreat place, very convenient amenities (co-working space, gym, games room, cinema room, etc.), close proximity to commerces and loads of green spaces, fun community events and activities... but the best part is the fantastic team making it all run smoothly! GoogleToday I attended an event with best friend and her daughter at Equipment Works. I was really impressed by the team that work there, especially Sherise who was so helpful with my Goddaughter (best friend’s daughter) getting her involved. Really great place for families.

The Greystar CEO- Bob Faith looks the other way when his employees commit fraud and felonies against his tenants. Bob Faith also has Section 8 Housing in his "upscale" residences putting tenants in harms way. He does not care about anyone. Morals and ethics lacking.

Love our apartment and maintenance staff is very good. However the building and grounds are not kept clean. Our last building (not Greystar) he staff walked the building and gounds almost daily. Here months go by with the same trash and no one seems to notice. I admit we have a very young and un caring tenet population but that is no reason for management to ignore.

GoogleI have just attended a kids playdate event at Equipment Works, and I must say, It was one of the best social gatherings I have been to with my Son. He thoroughly enjoyed himself and the staff, Kiew and Marigona were very welcoming and friendly. The activities were engaging, particularly the makaton music session. There were lots of kids in attendance which was really nice to see and meet other parents. The goodie bag at the end was a great way to end the session - Thank you to the team and we look forward to the upcoming events.

GooglePlease do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs. In just over one year there have been 13 disruptions to hot water in the development. Management is asking all tenants to raise separate complaints to EOn despite not being able to change from eon and being fixed to them. They obviously don’t mention the consistent loss of hot water. When you review this on their dedicated reviews site they don’t publish negative reviews hence the high score.
