Brilliant team of professionals led by GTH partner Will Handel. Engaged with us at all stages and handled all the numerous viewings and subsequent prospective purchaser questions and negotiations without us having to be directly involved at all. Verified viewer financial status and proactively continued interactions until a successful conclusion with an excellent buyer. Continued close involvement with the buyer right through pre-contract stages to completion and beyond. Top notch!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Tara has been exceptional in helping my partner and I set up our tenancy in our new rented accommodation. She has been so efficient throughout, from our initial phone conversation to the handing over of the keys. We have hugely appreciated her responsiveness to emails, (and humour) and for generally making the process particularly straightforward which has been a pleasure. Thanks so much, B and M.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Our move was not a straightforward one but I have to say that GTH were persistent in keeping things flowing and were on the ball immediately any minor difficulties occurred and needed to be sorted out quickly. We even had e-mails from Rebecca one evening when there was a hold up and she wished to re-assure us that all was well. In the end all went through smoothly and efficiently and I can't thank them enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I have known several of the staff for a very long time, one of them for over 40 years. A local firm, staffed by local people. When the time came that I had to sell my property, no other firm was even considered.

A very pleasant lady showed us a flat we were interested in. There was no pressure, just interest, which is a relief as you can then quietly assess whether the property suits your needs.

This is the second time we’ve bought a home with GTH and the first time we’ve sold one through them. We always deal with Kayleigh Green as she always acts with the upmost professionalism, she’s very efficient and makes the process extremely easy and takes all the stress of moving home away. A big thank you Kayleigh, keep up the good work!
