TrustpilotVery disappointed with GTH Taunton.
Very disappointed with GTH Taunton. I have 2 building plots to sell. I contacted them at pre planing to plans approved, but showed very little interest and very slow response time. Quoted me £500 for an appraisal. Told me they are charging now as they are busy and understaffed.

GoogleThe whole team at GTH Burnham-on-Sea are brilliant but Maisy in particular is fantastic. She went above and beyond to make sure my purchase went as smoothly as possible and her communication was exceptional. Working in the property industry, I’ve seen my fair share of poor estate agents. This team are a different story. Professional, proactive and great to deal with throughout. I couldn’t fault the service and would highly recommend them.

We had to move nearer family due to health issues GTH were so helpful tending to any problems with our property being empty. They also went over and obove after completion to solve any teething problems with the new owners

GTH Langport office: in my experience incompetent, unprofessional and duplicitous. When challenged over failure to meet contractual obligations regarding the sale of my house the manager set up a viewing, claiming ‘chain free’ buyer, when her house wasn’t even on the market.

We couldn't rate GTH more highly. All members of staff with whom we've had contact have been unfailingly helpful, messages and emails are responded to promptly, and we have had excellent support throughout. Ollie worked his socks off to manage our chain and ensure it was secure. Simply the best!

GoogleI have to give GHT 5 stars this is due to one Person Bill, the sales progresser. He is outstanding at doing his job, he always contacts you when he says he will and keeps you updated with whatever is going on, good or bad. He totally kept the chain going and would chase everyone. Bill kept my calm during a very stressful time. although i have to add i was not as happy with the sales side. Agents were late arriving at my house for viewings, so i showed clients around. I also had to wait a whole day to be told that I had a full asking price offer and i only got this information after I had called 3 times.

The agent with whom we dealt primarily, was personable and clearly very experienced in the property market. GoogleWe have been very impressed with GTH . They have been helpful and kept us fully informed at all stages and secured ( and conducted on our behalf) many viewings over a 2 year period . Over this period we have received more than one offer but unfortunately from would be buyers who were unable to proceed themselves . Many thanks to Cher Josh and all the team at the Langport office for persevering ! We are now under offer with a complete chain and hoping all goes smoothly towards completion .

GoogleWe purchased a house through GTH. The service was excellent and they were so helpful. In particular, Bill Cosgrove was amazing at chasing solicitors and other estate agents in the chain to ensure the sale completed. Our situation became more complicated but Bill kept communicating with us every day/week to keep us up to date with the progress. He was tenacious at following up and if he said he would call or email, he would. An excellent service!-

I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Greenslade Taylor Hunt, particularly from Katie and the team at the Minehead office. They have been professional, approachable and helpful. Communication has been good, and Katie has always been courteous and responsive when dealing with my questions, passing information between myself and the buyers and keeping things moving. Selling a property can sometimes be stressful, so it makes a real difference having an agent who is easy to deal with, practical and willing to help. We purchased our house from GTH, Taunton branch ON THE 04TH September 2026. This was a 9 month battle to get us over the line. My wife and I would have pulled out after 6 months if it was'nt for the incredible team in the Taunton branch. Can we also highlight 3 members of staff for their work. Bill who kept us fully up to date on a daily basis and also managed to do the work of all the Estate agents in the chain. Isla who was always very helpfull providing a positive voice on the dark days. Callum who took care of us when Bill and Isla were not available , making sure we were kept informed and fully up to date. We have and will continue to recomend this highly skilled , exceptionally tallented and human team who didnt need to look after us so well but did any way. Thanks for all your help, fantastic work.

GoogleWe were shown around a property by George . He was very helpful , kind , polite and presentable. He answered all of our questions about the house and garden and was so knowledgeable about the local area , telling us where the towns , doctors surgeries , hospitals , best beaches and shopping were !
