We had an absolutely fantastic experience with GTH Minehead. Katie Skinner was exceptional! So efficient, proactive, and truly went the extra mile to push the process along and get us to completion. She was a real driving force and a total professional throughout. The whole team were brilliant. The valuation was handled smoothly and professionally by Katie Jo Durant, and the photography made our home look absolutely stunning. The social media marketing was equally impressive; the video they created was beautiful and really showcased our property at its best. We had a viewing the day after launch and received a full asking price offer within 24 hours of listing! From start to finish, the team saw us through every step with care and competence. They’re consummate professionals and real credits to the GTH brand. Could not recommend them highly enough, don’t go anywhere else!

BEWARE if you're a buyer. Where do I start? First off, the lies. They lied about delays and so on, when one of the girls colleagues slipped up and told me there was no delays, they were waiting to see if they could get more offers in. We were told we couldn't turn on the water mains or touch the taps when viewing the property, thought this was fair and harmless. Turns out it was so they and the seller could hide the fact the oil boiler was broken - totally broken needing a £6000 replacement. Dodgy electrics hidden from us, nearly catching the house on fire. Sellers demanding the garden shed off of his. GTH not giving us the code for the keys, so we have a key box on the house we were not allowed to know the code for. Ex owners still have keys for our house, so I've had to pay for all new locks fitted. Belongings to the previous owners left on the property. The reasons mainly for the bad review is GTH helping hide the ugly stuff from us to lure us into buying the house not knowing what we was getting ourselves into. Total sharks. Absolutely fantastic if you want to sell a dodgy house though! A close friend of mine just went through the same experience. If you see houses listed by GTH, please be very careful. Luckily I have the phone calls recorded, as well as all messages and Comms logged and this has been escalated. Hopefully people are held accountable for their actions as this really isn't an honest way to run a business and hopefully it's isolated to just the Minehead branch.

I have recently had the experience of helping my son let his house and we chose Gth Minehead which was the best decision ever. Having had a previous experience of letting my own house with a totally different estate agent many years ago which was a disaster I was a bit apprehensive but I needn’t have worried as from the very first time I met Carriann and Kara they were absolutely amazing and made the whole process seamless. I do not usually write reviews but feel these two ladies at Gth Minehead deserve the praise they work so hard for. From the very first visit I felt totally confident they would find my son the right tenant. Carriann was very polite and professional and has extensive experience in letting properties so is extremely knowledgable and answered my never-ending questions with ease. What I look for in a professional organisation is transparency, honesty, politeness, punctual to appointments, professionalism and quick responses to my enquiries all of which Carriann and Kara do and have with so much more to offer. I like the fact Kara always answers your emails very promptly which is sadly lacking in many companies today and always has the time to take your calls or a friendly chat in the office if you pop in, nothing was ever too much trouble. Kara is always extremely professional and polite at all times and I especially like the fact that Carriann and Kara work closely and very well together to help you find the right tenant. There is no pressure to take a particular tenant you are included in the process all the way through. Both Carriann and Kara are very rare employees and a very valuable asset to Gth Minehead as they will excel wherever they work they are always happy and smiling and nothing is ever too much trouble with an amazing work ethic and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to let their properties to visit Carriann and Kara at Gth Minehead to see the professional service they provide for themselves, you will not be disappointed. It has been a real pleasure dealing with you both and I would like to thank you both for all your time, hard work and professionalism in finding my son his new tenants and look forward to a long continuing relationship with you both.

New tenants have moved into my property this morning. Both Kara and Carriann at GTH worked extremely hard to line up prospective tenants, organise timely viewings and carried out the relevant checks to ensure they are suitable. They organised property refurbishments in the short time the property was empty, ensured these were carried out to a high standard and represented value for money. I have always found them both very approachable and at the end of the phone if I need advice. They completely understand the rental market in Minehead and I would thoroughly recommend them to other landlords.
