GoogleI have just finished my tenancy that was managed by Chloe Russell and team. I have never had a property managed by a letting agency and this was something I was worried about. However, I have no complaints on this letting agency, the whole process was easy, efficient and I got my full deposit back. The maintenance company sadly lets them down and I have passed on my concerns but this doesn’t impact their rating. I really recommend this letting agency and particular Chloe. I felt in safe hands and I hope others do as well.

GoogleThe sales team at GTH, tried very hard to sell our property, in what is a difficult environment for selling at this time. They always contacted quickly when they had a potential viewer, which was backed up by email to confirm the time and person. They always followed up with feedback and passed this information on to us, usually within a day or two. In an ideal world, I would have preferred a dedicated person within GTH to do all the viewings, rather than lots of different people, that may not know the house as well.

GoogleI have nothing but good things to say about my experience with GTH in Taunton. Isla and Bill took care of me from viewing to completion. Buying a flat and dealing with the leasehold and management company can be stressful but any issues and delays that came up, GTH were on the case and chasing up anything that needed chasing up. Professional, friendly and helpful it was a pleasure to purchase my property through them.

I had a few troubles with references/ guarantors but they walked me through it all and were very patient with me which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Myself and my children now have somewhere we can call home and we couldn’t be anymore thankful!

GoogleBEWARE if you're a buyer. Where do I start? First off, the lies. They lied about delays and so on, when one of the girls colleagues slipped up and told me there was no delays, they were waiting to see if they could get more offers in. We were told we couldn't turn on the water mains or touch the taps when viewing the property, thought this was fair and harmless. Turns out it was so they and the seller could hide the fact the oil boiler was broken - totally broken needing a £6000 replacement. Dodgy electrics hidden from us, nearly catching the house on fire. Sellers demanding the garden shed off of his. GTH not giving us the code for the keys, so we have a key box on the house we were not allowed to know the code for. Ex owners still have keys for our house, so I've had to pay for all new locks fitted. Belongings to the previous owners left on the property. The reasons mainly for the bad review is GTH helping hide the ugly stuff from us to lure us into buying the house not knowing what we was getting ourselves into. Total sharks. Absolutely fantastic if you want to sell a dodgy house though! A close friend of mine just went through the same experience. If you see houses listed by GTH, please be very careful. Luckily I have the phone calls recorded, as well as all messages and Comms logged and this has been escalated. Hopefully people are held accountable for their actions as this really isn't an honest way to run a business and hopefully it's isolated to just the Minehead branch.

GoogleWell What can we say we moved July 2026,the group of people in GTH estate agents in Burnham on sea.were absolutely Brilliant. They were full of information to make your move from Buying to actually helping negotiate between Solicitors on things we were not sure about, and then moving date was arranged by Maisey between all vendors, she was my main go to person so professional they all were in Burnham office they are all so approachable, cant thank them enough.
