Sold and bought with GTH in Ilminster. Having dealt with other agents in the past, and also through my job in conveyancing, I can honestly say that 100% GTH are the best! I had a very problematical sale and Claire was excellent in chasing up solicitors and did everything she could to assist. Chris and Maria were also brilliant. Claire knew how stressed I was and would send me emails headed up ‘Don’t panic’! 😂 A really lovely team! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them! Thank you for getting me through!

Agent extremely rude

Agent was extremely rude in response to an enquire I sent online. Just because she/he (not even identified) had to repeat an information that I didn't realise when first read the advert. That's the way they treat potential customers. I can guarantee that they would be very quick to get my money if I had moved forward. It's your judgement to decide if you want to make business with this kind people. I would recommend to avoid on any instance.

A difficult decision turned into a positive move.

I have a large property which I put on the market 3yrs ago. Govn Budget changes caused the bottom to fall out of the housing market. Recovery for larger property sales is still not fully back up to speed. I have now accepted an offer, all thanks to the great sales team at Greenslade,Taylor& Hunt, especially Chris, Diane and Anita. I had been kept fully up to date regarding Housing Market movement, which was painfully slow. I was confident the sales team were doing everything they could to raise awareness about and was ecstatic when viewings increased. Having accepted an offer, GTH are now working through the sales process, which I am not familiar with as my husband would normally have dealt with this sort of thing. Being on my own it was extremely daunting, but in getting to know the friendliest sales team at GTH, they have always been incredibly helpful & supportive, with high levels of communication. I have trust and confidence in their service and procedures which is very refreshing especially when dealing with such an important matter of selling your home and finding another on your own, especially when the life changing cause was not foreseen, and selling your home is not a matter of choice. I wouldn’t use any other Estate Agent now, when you find a good company, keep using it, although I do not intend to move again. I have found a home that feels like it was waiting for me, I can’t wait to move in and start the final chapter of my story.

Highly recommend

Very grateful to the GTH Ilminster team, especially Claire, for a successful sale and purchase completed from start to finish in just over five months despite a few hurdles along the way. There is far more to estate agency than brochures and viewings and Claire kept on top of the process throughout whilst reassuring us through the worst of the stress. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied and highly recommend

Jon and his team have been very efficient with good communication throughout the sale process of my property. Feedback from viewings was prompt and an offer was accepted within a week of going on the market. The brochure was also very well done and they use a top photographer to get the most out of the photos. Highly recommend.

Great service!

What proved to be a very long and frustrating moving house process the sales side of the move was dealt with very well and professionally by GTH Ivybridge. First time buyer, great experience.

I was a first time buyer with some apprehension about the whole process. The GTH team, particularly Bill, were incredibly kind, helpful, and reassuring throughout.
