GoogleEmma Bradley was a pleasure to deal with, she was honest, professional. Everything I wanted from an Estate agent. She sent me the properties via email for me to view. She answered all my questions and concerns swiftly. I would certainly recommend this branch, and especially Emma. I have dealt with many Estate agents, however I would go so far as Emma being the best . I have bought a house, so this is from the Buying side.

GTH Langport office: in my experience incompetent, unprofessional and duplicitous. When challenged over failure to meet contractual obligations regarding the sale of my house the manager set up a viewing, claiming ‘chain free’ buyer, when her house wasn’t even on the market.

I have never experienced buying and selling a house before and was totally confused by it all and the holdups that were happening.If it hadn’t been for Bill I would have really struggled.I hope he knows how very very grateful I am to him for his support and encouragement to myself. GTH are in charge for the maintenance of the flats where I live.The maintenance costs amount to over £100+ per month, when multiplied by the number of flats comes near a figure of £10,000per month that they are taking from people living there.For over 2 years, I have had over 8 holes in the felt in my attic. Water has been coming through the living room light fitting and so they sent someone to do a quick botch job to fix the problem.This has been a constant issue as the felt is over 35 years old and at last count there were 5 flats with this problem. Unless the tenant has water streaming into the flat, then they really don't want to know.As none of the flats have had tiles stripped of and the job done properly, then I think that the job is just being cheaply botched every time.These are our homes that you are wrecking.

Bill (William Cosgrove) in particular pulled out all the stops to get us across the line in what proved a problematic chain.
