GoogleArranged for a viewing and drove 20 miles to get there, no one from GTH turned up to meet up us, repeated calls to the office and no answer and not even taking messages. Sent and email also as advised to and still no response 24 hours later. Apart from very poor service, I'd certainly not be selling a property through GTH if they can not communicate or turn up.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleGTH helped us through a difficult time in the sale of my late parents home. A previous agent had taken 4 months to do very little and by that time we were worried that we would never get sold. Katie expertly photographed the property. Others in the team; Lisa, Sally and Hayley were all on hand when we needed advice and sometimes just plain old fashioned reassurance! They kept us informed throughout the whole process, including the difficult bits when things didn’t go along as smoothly as we hoped. We got there and the property was sold to people who fell in love with it and are now moved in. I would recommend GTH as their attention to detail is great and they helped us through a tough time. As a result a buyer was soon found and although a delay followed through no fault of GTH they were most helpful in keeping me updated and performed a number of small tasks, for which they made no charge, saving me a great deal of travelling and time. As with most house sales, there have been a couple of testing moments but the GTH team have been excellent and crucial in helping us resolve them. Their contacts in other local industries have proved vital in ensuring things were able to happen quickly as well. Dear Miss Duke, Further to our initial response, we have now had the opportunity of looking into this matter more thoroughly to understand what prompted your negative review of our services. We understand that your parents were purchasing a property through our Bridgwater office and unfortunately prior to completion, their selling agents released the keys to their buyers. There was then an unforeseen delay in completion and this left them without accommodation for a period of time. Please understand that with our refusal to release the keys of our property to your parents, we were protecting the best interests of our client, as their agents should have done also. Please be assured we did everything in our power to help. Now that you have successfully moved into your new home, we hope you will all be very happy there and we wish you the very best for the future.
