GoogleFrom start to finish we where kept informed. Whenever we called to ask about anything it was always answered straight away or we would get a call back Dan was always helpful with every querie we had. Would definitely recommend .

GoogleI was unhappy with the quality of communication from gth. I feel that once the property is sold subject to contract the only thing they have to do is manage communications and this was very poor. There was a lot of miscommunication . I would not recommend.

GoogleFrom our initial property search I found GTH were very proactive compared to other agents . They always followed up on viewings to gain our thoughts . Not all agents do this . Having made a successful offer I felt GTH did a very good job of keeping us informed of progress as it went through the legal process and the whole deal went very smoothly. Well done GHT Williton!!!

GoogleI have moved twice now with Greenslade Taylor Hunt. On both occasions I have been given a true market appraisal with a genuine market value and then they have proceeded to successfully sell at that price. So many Estate Agents now seem to give a deflated property value to sell it through quickly and move on. This is not the case with GTH. They work hard to achieve the full value and pull out all the stops to achieve a successful sale. The Williton branch and it's agents are second to none. A very friendly and personal service whilst remaining totally professional. They are very good at pulling out very relevant and key sales points to promote your property on viewings. Through their extensive contacts, we had 9 viewings in the first 2 weeks and an offer that culminated in a sale at the full asking price. This is the second sale where GTH have worked their magic for us and I couldn't recommend them enough, they certainly earn their commission.

GoogleI needed to sell a house in Williton after my Mum moved to a care home, leaving the place vacant. I live over 200 miles away and needed an agent to manage more than just the sales process. GTH were really helpful throughout, always on the ball, and acted promptly. GTH found reliable local trades people to clean, clear the house, and even service the heating, saving me worries and time. The sales process was good too with a faultless marketing brochure, updates on viewings, and realistic advice during negotiation. After agreement of the sale they kept in contact sharing updates from the solicitors and buyer. I had contact with several members of their team and they were always well informed about the situation and acted as a team. Happy to recommend wholeheartedly.

She answered all my questions and concerns swiftly. I would certainly recommend this branch, and especially Emma. GoogleOnce we had had our offer accepted on the house which GTH were marketing, the chain stalled due to the usual incompetent and lazy solicitors at one end of the chain. All credit to Sandra at GTH who worked tirelessly liaising with people in the chain and prodding the useless blocker who was holding everything up. That service is vital in today's housing market and GTH was one of only two agents in the chain who really worked to make everything come together for a sudden exchange of contracts all along the chain and completion a breathless seven days later.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe’ve not long stopped renting 16 Biddiscombe close in BW. We first had a leaking bath so we had a whole new bathroom suit fitted (GREAT) except when it was done the bathroom was left un decorated and in a poor state, this was just the start, the radiators downstairs in the property were not working properly leaving the house in winter very cold, this was reported in October still in January nothing was done about it. I also reported a mould problem in November (the house is quite damp too).. still nothing done I was told wipe it down which I did once but what started as a small mould problem became quite big quite fast! I had a conversation with the maintenance dept who informed me that there was no time scale for issues to be dealt with.. I thought letting agents were there to protect the tenant as well as the landlord but apparently they don’t care about the tenant. I had a great experience with Simone who very sadly passed away. I didn’t have a great experience with any of the others the staff are rude and dismissive, they will make you feel horrendous but make it sound like you’re the bad one.. namely Julie Cameron I’ve never dealt with anyone like this and when I asked to speak with someone more senior because I was upset with how she spoke to me her response was ‘you can’t because she’s dead’. I will never rent again with GTH nor would I recommend them. Even now they’re taking money out of our deposit (granted we didn’t jet wash the patio) but for reasons like ‘window frames not wiped’ why should I wipe away mould that I was told would be dealt with!!! Shame I have to give one star as you definitely don’t deserve it! In response to the reply ... it was the plumber who supposedly contacted me (I didn’t have any missed calls but ask for a copy of his call log and correct me?) I was also informed he ‘popped round on the off chance’ both me and Neal had been home LOCKDOWN, FURLOUGH AND WORKING FROM HOME. Don’t talk rubbish to justify your lack of customer service!!NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
