I promised Demi at GW that I would write this review after the help they gave us. Sadly, when we did not pick GW as estate agent for our sale, we made a huge mistake. The chosen agent (MH) procrastinated, fumbled and were generally unhelpful. Communication was shocking. We were so unhappy with that agent, but locked into a long contract, that we went to Demi for advice and help. She was lovely, and we actually had our property jointly listed with two potential viewings within 24 hours. If you're looking for competent, friendly and knowledgeable assistance - look no further than Demi and her lovely team in Stockton. A cut above other agencies in my experience. Thank you all.

Very good to deal with, good at providing updates and thinking ahead of the process to ensure everything was in place and everyone in the chain was doing their bit. I even received a ‘new home’ gift which was a touch of class! Demi and the girls were really good. Both Stockton and Yarm branches were helpful in the sale, other agents I’ve used don’t seem to talk to each other like Gowland White do. If I ever need to sell I would use Gowland white. After a poor experience, and a wasted and frustrating few months trying to sell our late father's property through the local branch of a national Estate Agency chain, we decided to try a fresh approach. We are so glad that we did.
