GoogleGW Property Rentals have managed my small property portfolio for over 10 years. The Landlord Certificates for Electrics and Gas were all closely adhered to - no reminder necessary there. The vetting of new tenants was all carried out seemlesly with almost no input from myself at all. In the past 12 months, I have gone through the process of selling my houses and they have sold within days of being advertised and not weeks. The level of professionalism from all the members of staff I dealt with over the years, from Rob and Tracy in the Lettings Team and finally Demi in the Sales Office has been a great weight off my mind to know that you are in good hands and the jobs get done. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective Landlord or indeed Agent to Sell a property.
Thanks for the great review Danny

GoogleI recently purchased a property through Gowland White, Stockton-on-Tees. Normally a buyer’s interactions with the selling agent would be limited to the initial period when a sale was being agreed. Here, I found everyone at Gowland White to be courteous, efficient, and prompt in dealing with my requirements. At this stage, I thought no more of it because, after all, one would expect a good sales team to be just that. Except, with my purchase, there were bumps along the way in later stages. This was when I got to know and experience how phenomenal the team was. Both parties benefitted from the proactive and invaluable assistance from the team. Thank you, Abby, Demi and the whole team. You are more than a good sales team. You put your heart and soul into what you do. Your dedication and commitment are exceptional. Five stars (you deserve more, if that is possible!)
Thank you for the great review. It is really appreciated.

I thought my property would take a while to sell due to the Christmas period and weather etc….. how wrong I was! Magda priced it perfectly and it sold immediately. GoogleGowland White have simply been amazing!. From the start they have expertly handled the sale of my property, which sold in a few days at the full asking price! I've been blown away by their efficiency, professionalism and outstanding communication. Jodene was the first member of the team I met, and everything she promised has been delivered. First impressions count, and Jodene didn't disappoint! Magda has been a superstar, communicating with me every step of the way, and Chris, who took the photos, settled for nothing less than the perfect shot! The team at Gowland White have made this a stress free process for me, and I highly recommend them - they're just great at what they do!
Thank you so much Debbie. Great reviews like this are always appreciated by the team.

GoogleRealistic valuation of property with great timely photography and advertising. Haven't sold a property for many years and this proved a more complicated process but found staff very supportive at every stage of the sale despite some setbacks out of all our control. I have already recommended Gowland White to people I know and would choose them again in the future.
Thank you for the lovely review!
