Jamie Ford at the Mitcham branch is an excellent agent. He not only talks the talk but walks the walk as well. On the first consultation with him, he promised to sell my mums property within 8 weeks. So I specifically signed an 8 week only contract. Before mums property had gone on the market we were getting constant views. Barely 2 weeks of property being on the market mums property was sold for full asking price. Jamie and the other team members were always pleasant and helpful at all times. Jamie called periodically to keep us informed of thing from mums buyers side . He even replied to emails and messages on Sunday. Dealing with them was a smooth and pleasant experience. Would recommend them to anyone.

I cannot recommend and thank Goodfellows Mitcham enough for their hard work and support in getting my house sold and then subsequently dealing with my purchase. The communication was open and frequent and I never doubted that I could trust them to act for me. My sale wasn't easy and when my buyer's solicitor was holding up the chain, Jonathan went beyond the call of duty to get everything over the line. Thank you so much to Cathi, Jamie and Omar but a special shout out to Jonathan who especially looked after for me.

James and Jamie made buying my first property pretty pain free. A very personable service - James listened to my requirements and only showed me properties he thought I would be interested in and appeared to be on friendly terms with all the sellers. Jamie took over later on in the transaction to get it over the line. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, especially as a seller, as they clearly have the seller’s interests at heart.

Could I please have 10 stars here??!!! I can only praise these guys and lady at the Goodfellows in Mitcham! I really had a taught experience with my selling/purchasing but Jamie, Cathi and James have done an amazing job! I would never thank them enough for all the help and support during the whole process! I sold my house through Goodfellows, and overall I am impressed with the service I received from them - I have made the below positive & negative feedback: POSITIVE: i) I initially decided to go with Goodfellows due to my Dad having a good experience selling his properties through their Sales Manager, Jamie Ford - I will echo the fact that Jamie stayed in touch throughout the sales process, as well as on his days off work! ii) Considering Brexit, we eventually got a good offer on the house! iii) I was continuously kept updated by James Girvan whenever appointments were booked, which showed that they were always looking for suitable buyers. NEGATIVE: i) In between the viewings and initial low offers from prospective buyers, I did receive a number of calls from a junior member of staff, where I almost got into arguments with him, where he was pressurizing me to accept almost any offer which was given, "due to Brexit" - Because of him, I was on the brink of deciding to go to another estate agent, but after escalating this issue to James Girvan, I did notice that that junior member of staff eased off on the pressure - I've been told that that junior member has left the company, which is good news for them, and you!

Due to family circumstances I needed to move out of my then current place pretty quickly, I contacted Goodfellows and was advised of 2 properties that met our needs, one of which was absolutely perfect. We put an offer in which was accepted within a day and the referencing process took no more than 2 days. With everything complete sooner than we thought we decided we wanted to move in sooner than initially planned as we were going away the day after the original move in date so thought the extra days would help. Aaron who was dealing with our references and move was extremely supportive and managed to get the landlord to agree an earlier start date, so we basically managed to move in to our new place 9 days from the initial viewing. Absolutely awesome customer service and they really listen to your needs as well as accommodate when required. Highly recommend these guys, had an awesome experience!!!
