We recently let our property through Goodfellows CB branch and had a really smooth experience. Big thanks to David and Robbie. David knew the local market really well, and his pricing recommendation turned out to be spot on. He was also good at listening to what we needed as landlords and adjusting his approach accordingly, rather than just pushing a one size fits all strategy. Robbie handled the viewings brilliantly, she was confident with prospective tenants and clearly knew how to sell the property’s strengths. Both of them clearly worked with a strategy rather than just going through the motions. They were upfront and realistic from the start, and it paid off, the house let quickly, faster than we expected. Photography, viewings, inventory- everything was sorted without any hassle and well above our expectations. Thanks again to David, Robbie and the team, I would happily recommend them to landlords.

I used Goodfellows to rent my apartment whilst overseas and they were absolutely fantastic from Robbie who priced it up, found great tenants to David who ensured all the correct legal procedures were carried out to Sophie who managed the property for 2 years - dealing with quite a few issues including rats in our property [not due to the tenants] - but got to the bottom of the problem and managed to sort the whole thing. The whole team was just incredible. I've sadly had 2 very bad experiences before and I cannot tell you how nice it feels when things are managed properly and you don't have to worry about a thing.

Last week I was shown around a 4 bedroom house for rental by Robbie. On first meeting I was greeted with a positive and enthusiastic energy. It may have helped that it was one of the sunniest days of the week too😃. However, upon viewing the property Robbie was insightful about the house and area and made relevant suggestions. When I came to the conclusion that the property was too small for my needs. She still showed an interest, suggesting a possible 5 bed, unfortunately out of my price point. Moreover, Robbie still reminded positive and upbeat in finding out what I needed and promised to keep in touch. Good experience with Goodfellows, and remarkable first impression by Robbie, it can be hard and challenging to find good customer service or consulting, however it means and worth a lot when you receive one.
