GoogleI recently rented a property through Goodfellows Carshalton, and I have to say that my experience exceeded all expectations. From the beginning Robbie was very professional and attentive. She made the process as smooth as possible and was communicating every step of the way. Robbie went the extra mile to get me moved in before Christmas and I couldn’t be more grateful. She answered all of my questions promptly and supported me throughout the whole process. I am so pleased and I couldn’t thank Robbie enough!

GoogleI would highly recommend David for managing and helping on any lettings related issues. I found him extremely helpful, smart and personable and it was reassuring to know someone like him is managing the process. He is also very detailed and even took the added responsibility to visit the flat ahead of setting up the agreement. He and his team also helped verify some of the legal certifications for the flat and we ended up having to redo one of the landlord certs because of something David and his team pointed out. So highly recommend David and his team!

GoogleWhen I needed an estate agent to help me find tenants and manage my rental property, my sister recommended Louise from Goodfellows. She described her as proactive and efficient in previous dealings. I couldn't agree more. She was there taking photographs the moment my rental property became available, and the advert went up that very night. The process of finding and vetting tenants went without hassle. My only regret is not handing the property over sooner. I tried the DIY approach to ensuring it met all regulatory standards. Never again. It's now fully managed by the Goodfellows team and I know it's in good hands. They are attentive to my tenants. I get updates and just have to approve the odd repair. GoogleGoodfellows in Carshalton Beeches were recommended to us by friends that had used them to sell their property locally. From initial introduction to final exchange we have had a brilliant experience with Sarah, Jack and the rest of the team at their office. Within 1 week of putting our house on the market we had 30 viewings booked in over 2 days. Within 2 weeks we had 11 offers, 8 over the asking price. We had a few ups and downs, one buyer pulled out but Sarah and Jack had fresh offers within 24 hours. They have helped us navigate the minefield of selling property with patience, care and understanding. We can not recommend these guys highly enough, if you are selling in Carshalton Beeches and the surrounding areas they are the best.

Sarah looked after us from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for Sarah and she always replied to emails and calls when she said she would and explain exactly what was going on during the process. GoogleWe have been very pleased with the service we received from Goodfellows in Carshalton Beeches. From our initial enquiry we were kept updated and they helped guide us through the process right up to the point of completion. It has been a particulary difficult time with the pandemic, but all house viewings were done with safety in mind, which was very good. Lee and Sarah were great and always responded in good time and answered any questions that arose. We are glad that we decided to opt for a more traditional estate agent method, as they took away all the hassle and they helped us achieve a high sale price so they ultimately paid for themselves, so good value too. GoogleThroughout this pandemic, Goodfellows never failed to answer our calls, emails and arranged viewings, with all precautions in placed.In particular, a young gentleman, Joel Smith, was mainly dealing with the sale of our property. He is very enthusiastic, friendly, very polite, good listener and understanding. Another negotiator is Sarah Pine, who has similar traits as Joel, when viewers left, she bolted the back gate, locked the conservatory door and turned the lights out before she left our property. Not forgetting Lee Hunt, our initial contact and very friendly, who impressed us with his vast knowledge on real estate and gave us a low percentage sale fee. Nobody is paying us for this review and this is our honest and personal observation / review. Thank you once again team,for closing the deal!

GoogleWhat started off as a bit of a rocky relationship actually ended with me being an incredibly satisfied customer. David Mitchell, Sarah Pine and Jack O’Shea are 3 shining examples of what incredible customer service, dedication and professionalism looks like. They were always there to answer my questions during the letting period of my flat and then for the eventual sale. David was on hand to help with any difficult enquiries and problems while I was renting the flat out, giving sound, no nonsense advice and guidance. Sarah and Jack were leading on the sale of the same property and were just incredible with their updates; keeping me informed every step of the way and acting in the way I wish my solicitor would have, chasing things down and ensuring the process kept moving forward. All in all I would like to thank the team at Goodfellows for everything they have done for me over the last 4 years and wish them nothing but success for the future. In case it wasn’t obvious, I cannot recommend these guys highly enouhg and If you are thinking of buying or letting in the area, these are the people you want to speak to!!

GoogleWell after 6 months of my first tenant from Hell all I can say is it has been somewhat a learning kerb . I am hoping the new tenants going in will be more respectful of my property or it will be the last time for renting .The team have been helpful with two extra special people Kelly Burton ( Property Management ) and Helen Spink ( Accounts Administrator ) Both went above and beyond to recover monies owing to me .
