They are always very quick and responsive and Mandy has been efficient, professional and a pleasure to deal with. They are also very patient with what has been a lengthy renovation project...in short everything to like.

GoogleI was very happy with the service I received. The agent, Bradley Hearse was very helpful and ready for everything/ question regarding the application. I thank him a lot for his help. The process of finding a new property and then actually getting it is quite difficult and stressful as well, but guys like Bradley really make it easier and simpler for us. Thanks again.

GoogleWhen we decided to sell our property, we had three different estate agents over to value the house. From all three estate agents we were met with salesmen who were more interested in demonstrating why statistically their company was the best, over how we can have a stress-free sale and obtain a price we would be happy with. We thought this was standard so was about to settle with one of these companies. When I began to look for a property to buy, I spoke with Stephen Offield from Goodfellows who was the most honest and helpful individuals in the estate agent world I had spoken to. He did not try to sell Goodfellows onto us, but rather suggested I speak to Lee Hunt to help with the sale. After Lee attended the property to complete an evaluation, we were given a very helpful information, an ambitious house sale price and competitive estate agent fees. As we were treated like humans instead of a sales target, and felt comfortable with Lee and knew we could trust his experience; we decided to use Goodfellows. As an individual who gets anxious easily, and selling a property can be stressful, Lee knew when to accommodate our needs and when to use his experience to do what was best for the sale. After Lee achieved an offer that we were happy with, our case was assigned to Joel. However, Lee went above and beyond, playing a vital role and putting in a lot of work to get us to exchange / completion. I would also recommend Joel for his professionalism and quick responses to any issues that arose. When we were viewing properties to buy (which were being sold by other estate agents), the external companies already knew we were in a good position, thanks to word of mouth and how highly Lee is regarded in the field. This made us feel more comfortable viewing properties and put us is good position to have an offer accepted / considered. Unfortunately, we ended up using a very poor conveyancing firm who failed to complete simple tasks on time and a lack of communication, but due to the extra effort from the team at Goodfellows, we feel our sale went very smoothly. I don't plan to use Goodfellows again as we are hopefully moving into our forever home. But I would not hesitate to recommend Lee, Joel and the team at Goodfellows to anyone in the future.

GoogleI have been working with Louise Jobson - Good fellows, Carshalton. It was fantastic experience. Louise is never tired, very energetic and has got lot of positive attitude. In two months time due to my circumstance I have been interacting lot and everything she handled very smoothly and gained one very happy customer for good fellows!!

GoogleWe have recently bought a house through Goodfellows and the experience we had was horrendous. The sale manager of the branch was aggressive and rude throughout the whole process, pressuring us to make a decision that we were not confident in, shouting on the phone when we had disagreed with his intention. Clearly this tone was set from the top as his junior was the same. Continuous pressure and hostility was the norm and you could tell they only care about the money that goes in their pocket rather than their clients. It’s clear this didn’t only happen to us as everyone around the area knows their reputation to be belittling and hostile. I am not usually the person to write reviews and badly portray anyone, but this is me wishing that this experience does not happen to anyone else and hope the branch, especially their sale manager, realise how disgusting their service is. I do not recommend nor will I recommend to anyone looking to let, sell or buy a property.
Dear Sunny , we are very disappointed that you feel so negative about our agency. As you are aware we have followed up on your complaint and we have listened to you and we do know that during a transaction all parties can experience stress but we would say that your purchase was agreed in January and that you exchanged at the beginning of August with a completion towards the end of August, so the eight months of buying would be stressful to most people . We do act for the seller and they were buying a New Build which kept changing the completion dates which added to the stress of the situation. We honestly feel that the team in Carshalton Beeches are not as you would have them portrayed although we are not questioning you on how you felt as that is personal to you but what we would say is that we are there for our seller and they could not help the delay as their purchase was not able to complete sooner. We have great faith in the team at Carshalton Beeches and there are many good 5 star reviews that would confirm this and we sincerely hope that in the future and following on from my personal calls to you that you will once again consider using our services as that would always be our aim, to retain goodwill and hopefully help you move in the future.
