GoogleThis company has been taking me for a ride for a few weeks now. Every time I make an offer somehow every time someone else beats me to it. The staff are not professional over the phone and many times I have called in, they answered and immediately hung up, not sure what the point of that may be. Quite frankly when they say they’ll call you back, just means they’re giving you the bird.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleSarah Pine runs an amazing operation at this branch of Goodfellows. She has her finger on the local pulse and knows exactly what to do for each individual whether you are buying or selling. That means you are not troubled except when it matters making the trickiest deal of your life as untricky as is possible. She sold for me - great job from her and her team.

GoogleMy experience with Goodfellows Estate agents was one of transparency and reassuring. I was very stressed with the whole house search until I encountered them through a property that I was interested in. The consultant, Robbie who took me through my first viewing was just fantastic. She took her time to answer all my questions and even had time for my 5 year old daughter who accompanied me. David in their office was equally approachable, transparent and had time to explain all procedures. I must say they are a great team and would definitely use them for my next house purchase/ lease. Thanks guys!!!

GoogleIt was a delightful pleasure to have had Robbie assist me in finding a rental property. Her approach was very professional from the initial contact. She was even able to make extra time for a second viewing and answered as many questions as I could ask. She kept me updated with the process throughout and made me feel valued. I would recommend Goodfellows based on my experience so far.

GoogleMy most recent dealings with Goodfellows after having used their services over many years both for rentals and sales was with the Carshalton Beeches branch. Rental management at this branch is well above the average dealing both with Tenants and Landlords alike. Advice from Sarah in sales has been very professional and her slant on the current property market down to earth and practical. Emily and Louise in Rentals have an astute grasp of the present rental market and succeeded in advertising, arranging viewings of the property and finding a suitable tenant within a few days. 5 Star service all round.

GoogleMy experience with Goodfellows was made great due to working with Aaron. Knowledgeable, helpful, trustworthy and honest and quick to assist with whatever arose throughout the process. Truly the friendliest! Deducting a star only because the gentleman meeting me for check in was 45 minutes late (which was stressful with a large moving van parked illegally on an A road!) and when I called the office for information I found the office administration staff lacking in knowledge and very unhelpful.

GoogleI have rented out a property via Goodfellows and I have the full experience to be excellent. They found a tenant the day we agreed to put the property on the market and three days later we received a full offer from the tenant after a second viewing. The property wasn't even advertised making my life much simpler. From start to finish they have been great and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I paid for the full management service so they can fully take of the property. Well done Mandy and Louise.
